Contactless Pickup

Sims Library now offers two methods of contactless pickup: Exterior Locker Pickup and Take Out.

For Exterior Locker Pickup

1. Place your items on hold by calling the library (972-937-2671 Ext. 0) or using the online catalog.

2. You will receive a notification when your items are ready to be picked up (text, email, or phone).

3. Once you receive this notification schedule a locker by calling the library or by reserving one online.

4. If you booked online you will receive two emails: one with a confirmation and one with the locker number and instructions. You will have until 9 AM the next day to pick up your items.

For Take Out - Not Available at This Time - See Curbside Service

1. Place your items on hold by calling the library (972-937-2671 Ext. 0) or using the online catalog.

2. You will receive a notification when your items are ready to be picked up (text, email, or phone).

3. Once you receive this notification schedule a "Take Out" day by calling the library or by reserving one online.

4. Your items will then be checked out to you, bagged up, and placed in the "Take Out" area at the Main Desk. This items will be ready to go, and you will not need to do anything other than come into the library and grab your bag.
