How Can I Watch Kanopy?

You can stream Kanopy on any of your favorite devices! Kanopy is accessible via mobile and tablet apps for iPhone and Android. You can also access Kanopy on your Desktop, and SmartTV apps like Roku, Apple TV, and Fire TV Stick.

Begin Using Kanopy

To get started:

1. Visit NPSL's Kanopy website and click the "Add A Library Card" button on the lower left.

2. Enter your library card number and pin. If you do not know your PIN, please contact Sims Library at 972-937-2671.

 

3. Create your Kanopy account. Enter your name, email address, and password, then select Sign Up. You must be 18+ to create a Kanopy account.

 

4. Begin streaming!

 

5. Your access includes unlimited plays of any video on Kanopy & Kanopy Kids and does not use monthly tickets.

*Please note, Sims Library does not use tickets.

Kanopy Kids

​Kanopy Kids promotes empathy, critical thinking, and helps build STEM skills. Enjoy Kanopy’s carefully curated titles from Weston Woods, Sesame Street, Jim Henson Productions, Highlights for Children, Signed Stories, and more! You may set Parental Controls so your children only see videos in the Kanopy Kids section on Kanopy.
